Courtney Love anno early 90’s.  She may be pretty wacky, but that’s why we love her - at least I do. Grunge has made a comeback, so I am gonna steal some doll dresses and wear them with my military boots, forever. Now, I just need to find kurt cobain and wear some smeared out lipstick.
